These classes include a progression of exercises using the water's resistance to tone up and firm without a strain. Participants need not be swimmers, but must be comfortable in the water. The program runs 8 weeks at Simsbury Farms beginning June 17.  Classes are held on Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 11:00-11:45.  
Class is taught by Certified Group Exercise Instructor Jen Lehman.

Full 8-week series: $130

Online registration for this program will open at 6am on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 6am.  Due to the popularity of this program, registration for non-residents will begin on Monday, April 1 at 6:00am, space allowing.
