Adult CPR –
The goal of CPR training is to provide individuals with the basic knowledge and skills necessary to provide effective basic life support in an emergency. CPR classes have been found to be acceptable for meeting requirements established by state child care licensing, a wide variety of professional state and federal agencies, associations, councils, academies, boards and businesses. Our training utilizes a 1:1 student-to-manikin ratio (students may have to double up in a class over 10 students) and provides plenty of hands-on practice to ensure confidence.

First Aid –
Properly applied first aid can save lives, reduce recovery time and quite possibly mean the difference between temporary disability and lifelong disability for the victim. Program participants learn to recognize the signs and symptoms of injuries and sudden illness. Crucial information about how to deal with emergencies like bleeding, shock, burns, strains, fractures, allergic reaction, diabetic and seizures is shared. Basic First Aid is the most popular program offered. This nationally accepted program satisfies the requirements of the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA).
