The following is a series of seminars that can be taken as a series or individually. Each session offering covers a specific nutrition and/or health related topic and the sessions build on each other with the goal of lasting personal health change

Food labels and Nutrition claims – Read them like an expert and get the most out of your food dollars
There are many food “labels” and claims out there. What do they mean? How should you read them and use them to make your food decisions? Join Anna Daniele, Nutritionist and Certified Health Coach, for a fun and informative seminar about food and nutrition labels. We will demystify the current Nutrition fact label and review the coming changes. We will also tackle food labels such as organic, natural, light and many others. You will leave better equipped to tell the real from the hype, pick the best foods and get the most for your money.

Recipe Makeovers – How to update the health quotient of your favorite recipes without sacrificing taste
We all have those recipes passed down from family and friends that we cannot live without; unfortunately many favorites are often enjoyed with a side of guilt. Time to put aside the guilt and start enjoying the foods you love. Learn about substitutions and options to up the health quotient of recipes without giving up taste. In this seminar hosted by Anna Daniele, Nutritionist, Certified Health Coach participants will learn the methods for success and makeover their own recipes.
