9:00 AM - 10:15 AM	Yoga At Schultz Park - 6/15- Vinyasa Class with Jenn Vinyasa Class with JennSaturday 6/15, Saturday 7/139 AM-10:15 AMVinyasa classes are appropriate for mixed levels of students. This class introduces students to basic postures, teaches you how to move with your breath, and helps you feel comfortable in your yoga practice. This class challenges students mentally and physically before moving toward the relaxing final pose, savasana. Some classes may end with a short meditation.  Slow Flow Class with LesleySunday 8/25, Sunday 9/88 AM-9:15 AMThis all-levels class emphasizes the powerful connection between breath and movement. You'll move mindfully while building strength and balance on the mat. Enjoy this opportunity to slow down, move mindfully, and breathe deeply. Location Notes:Schultz Park is located in downtown Simsbury at 921 Hopmeadow Street (between the Simsbury Fire District Offices and Town Hall). Participants must park at Simsbury Town Hall (933 Hopmeadow Street) and walk to Schultz Park (about a one minute walk).Please note there are no facilities at Schultz Park. There is a public bathroom open at Town Hall located on the Police Station level.Participants should bring water, a mat, and bug spray.	Schultz Park
